About Norman A. Glavas

 

NGA is an integrated multidisciplinary architectural firm

based in Manhasset, NY. Specializing in design relationships with corporations, small business owners and homeowners, NGA was founded in 1988 and provides over 40 years of experience to each client.

 

The principal of the firm is instrumental in every phase of management, providing personal attention to each project and overseeing all elements of design and programming. With a value-added hands-on team approach, the firm prides itself on essential attention to detail.

An accomplished and growing firm, NGA has a professional staff that includes technical staff, project management and administration personnel. Cumulatively, expertise is applied in a team approach to every undertaking with the assignment of a project manager, who coordinates the other roles throughout the architectural process.

Norman Glavas, the principal of the firm, is a registered architect and member of the American Institute of Architects. Before starting NGA, he worked for various firms including Banker's Trust, J.Gordon Carr Associates, Westerman & Miller and Raymond Irrera & Associates.

Mr. Glavas designs projects with a commitment to the highest quality design through a sophisticated understanding of client objectives, technology and budgetary knowledge. These traits compliment his sensitivity to corporate goals while creating unique dramatic environments.
